Where are meetings held?

Your time is precious, so we don’t insist on a particular format. We can meet in our offices or come to see you at home if you prefer. Video works too.

Do you have parking?

Yes. Our office is on Station Road in Horsforth and parking is available right outside.

What do I need to bring to an initial meeting?

Just yourself, your significant other (if you have one), and an open mind. You’re welcome to bring any documents about existing schemes if you have questions about them, but the focus of this initial meeting will be on you, not your money.

How long should I allow for an initial meeting?

It’s a good idea to allow up to an hour for an initial meeting.

Do I have to sign up to your services at an initial meeting?

Not at all. Good things take time – there’s no rush. It’s important that you take time to consider if we’re the right financial adviser for you. There’s absolutely no pressure to decide.

Are you regulated?

We are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. You can check this by looking us up on the FCA register

Are you independent?

Yes. As an independent firm, we’re not restricted when it comes to the products and providers we can recommend, allowing us to truly tailor our advice to your requirements.

What happens if my Financial Planner is away on holiday?

You’re still in expert hands. We have support staff to answer any questions and other advisers are always available to step in and help.

Do you take a percentage or are your fees fixed?

The fee we charge depends on the complexity of work, but we always present it as a set fee.

Do you get commission?

No.

Do you charge VAT?

No.
